Happy Healthy New Year!

I am at the 365 day mark of my "This Year I'm Going To Lose 57 lbs Dammit". I have lost 44 lbs. I'm pretty pleased with myself.

Now, I'm putting the 2010 weekly weigh-ins (below) into the archives of Edith's Head and moving on. My goal to lose 57 pounds wasn't quite attained but I'm really proud of myself and the fact that I've stayed fairly stable the last 5 months.

I admit (and you can see by the weigh-ins) that I ate a little too much holiday junk but, after all, I'm in this for the the long haul. I'm not going to beat myself up and keep eating. I'm going to lose it.

My health goal for this year - 2011: Lose those last 13 pounds, keep running (I want to do at least one 5K race) and work on my core strength.
